Publishing Policies

Publishing Policies — Conscious Engineers

Clear editorial standards for evidence-based manifestation content across ConsciousEngineers.com, JosephAlai.com, and AthenaRavenCoach.com

1) Purpose and Scope

We publish material that helps people create outcomes and experience reliable results in manifestation and self-transformation. Our scope includes:

  • Research briefs, case studies, and app-driven insights from the Conscious Engineers community and tools.
  • Practical guides, workshop materials, and curricula authored by Joseph Alai and Athena Raven.
  • Product updates (e.g., Neville Goddard AI), feature launches, and platform announcements.
  • Testimonials, member stories, and community highlights (with explicit consent).

We do not publish filler. Every piece must move the reader toward a repeatable path to results and impress the subconscious with clarity and usefulness.

2) Editorial Ownership and Independence

  • Editors of Record: Joseph Alai (Editor-in-Chief) and Athena Raven (Executive Editor).
  • Editorial Independence: We publish what serves the reader’s results. Partners, sponsors, or affiliates do not determine our conclusions.
  • Conflicts of Interest: If we have a commercial stake (our own course, community tier, or affiliate link), we say so upfront.

3) Evidence Standards (How We Substantiate Claims)

To keep standards explicit, we classify every claim using an Evidence Ladder that can be cited inside the article:

  1. Foundational Texts — Direct citations from primary sources (e.g., Neville Goddard lectures).
  2. Documented Anecdote — A single story or case with dates, context, and the imaginal process used.
  3. Community Pattern — Multiple independent stories showing similar effects.
  4. App-Derived Signals — Aggregated, anonymized metrics from Conscious Engineers tools (e.g., protocol completion rates, outcome intervals).
  5. Independent Replication — Repeated results across cohorts or third-party communities.
  6. External Scholarship — Peer-reviewed or rigorous empirical work relevant to mechanisms (psychology, habits, behavior change).

Every claim in our articles is tagged to one or more of the above. Wherever possible, we link or footnote.

4) Fact-Checking and Review Workflow

  • Research Pass: Verify quotations, numbers, dates, and attributions.
  • Method Pass: Ensure the protocol or technique is stated clearly enough to be reproduced.
  • Risk Pass: Identify where outcomes vary; label limits, prerequisites, and common failure points.
  • Editor Sign-Off: Joseph or Athena approves final copy before publication.

Time-sensitive pages (pricing, features, or program dates) carry a “Last Updated” stamp and are checked at least monthly.

5) AI-Assisted Content Policy

We use AI tooling (including our own models) to draft, classify, or analyze text. Humans remain accountable for:

  • Final wording and conclusions.
  • Correctness of citations.
  • Integrity of recommendations.
When AI is materially involved in a piece beyond light editing, we disclose that the draft was AI-assisted and human-edited.

6) Testimonials, Case Studies, and Member Stories

  • We require explicit written consent.
  • We may edit for length and clarity without changing meaning.
  • Pseudonyms are honored on request; identifiable details are removed when desired.
  • We never pay for testimonials. If a benefit (e.g., a free month) is provided, we disclose it.

  • If we earn a commission from a link, we label it clearly.
  • We do not sell favorable coverage. Sponsorship buys placement, not conclusions.
  • Review units or gifts do not guarantee a recommendation.
  • Our own products and tiers are identified as such.

8) User-Generated Content (Discord, Comments, Community Labs)

We curate for quality and safety. We remove:

  • Doxxing, threats, harassment, spam.
  • Medical or financial claims presented as fact without evidence.
  • Plagiarism or copyrighted material posted without rights.
  • Illegal activity or instructions to cause harm.

Enforcement: Warning → post removal → temporary mute → ban (for repeat or severe violations). Appeals go to moderation@consciousengineers.com.

9) Corrections, Updates, and Retractions

  • Corrections: Factual errors are corrected promptly with a visible note (what changed and when).
  • Updates: Substantive additions are dated in an Update Log at the end of the article.
  • Retractions: If a piece fails our standards, we remove it and publish a short retraction note explaining why.
Send correction requests to editor@consciousengineers.com with the page URL, error description, and supporting sources.

Our material is educational. It is not medical, legal, or financial advice. For those domains, consult a qualified professional. We label experimental protocols and expected variability in outcomes.

11) Sourcing, Citations, and Fair Use

  • We prefer primary sources and link to them. If paywalled, we provide enough context for independent verification.
  • Quotes are limited to what is necessary for commentary or education, with attribution.
  • If you believe your copyrighted material was used improperly, contact legal@consciousengineers.com for review or takedown.

12) Images, Audio, and Media

  • Media may be original, licensed, public domain, or AI-generated. We indicate the category when not obvious.
  • People featured in identifiable photos or audio have given consent or appear in a lawful context (e.g., public events).
  • AI-generated media that depicts a real person is labeled and used only with consent.

13) Data Ethics and Privacy

  • App-derived insights are aggregated and anonymized unless explicit permission is granted for identifiable use.
  • We follow our Privacy Policy for collection, retention, and deletion.
  • Research exports exclude personal identifiers unless you assume the choice to opt-in via written consent.

14) Content Lifecycle and Archiving

  • Evergreen Guides: Reviewed at least twice per year.
  • Time-bound Posts: Labeled with deadlines and archived after relevance passes.
  • Versioning: We keep internal versions for audit purposes.

15) Submissions and Pitches

We accept guest research notes, case studies, and tool write-ups that meet our Evidence Standards. Send pitches to pitches@consciousengineers.com with:

  • Angle, audience, and promise.
  • Evidence level(s) you can substantiate.
  • Disclosures of any affiliation.
